Turf that works in a Florida yard
Synthetic turf takes the work out of a lawn. No mowing, no watering, no mud tracked into the house after a storm, and no brown patches by August. It fits the spots where grass never wanted to grow, like a shaded side yard or the ground under a big oak.
What makes it last is what goes under it. Heavy summer rain is where cheap turf jobs fail: water that can’t get away sits under the turf, and the yard ends up with soft spots, odor and seams that shift. We grade first and build the drainage into the job, then lay the turf over a compacted base that stays level through storm season.
Corey leads every job himself, from the first site visit to the final walkthrough, with the same crew that handles the pavers, fencing and lighting around it.

Do you handle the drainage too?
Yes. Grading and drainage are part of every turf job we build, because turf is only as good as what’s under it.
