Every drop needs somewhere to go
Tampa averages about 49 inches of rain a year, and most of it lands in four summer months. A flat yard can’t move that much water, so it pools. Under turf, standing water means odor, shifting seams and soft spots. Around a court or a patio, it means puddles and early wear.
So we start every job with the water. We grade the site, then build in what it needs: French drains, drain boxes, channel drains or sump pumps, under a compacted base that stays level through storm season. Then the turf, court or pavers go on top.
What we build
Grading
Shaping the ground so water runs where it should.
French drains
Perforated pipe in gravel that carries water away.
Drain boxes
Catch points for low spots and downspouts.
Sump pumps
For sites where gravity alone won’t do it.

Not every yard needs every piece. Some need a channel drain along a patio, a drain box at a low spot, or a sump pump where gravity alone won’t move the water. We decide that on site.
